Summer Dance Camps & Intensives
We offer two types of summer programs:
- Day Camps for 3 to 8 year olds which run from 8am to Noon and offer fun, games, and early dance instruction.
- Dance Intensives for 8 year olds to adult which run from 2pm to 5pm and offer specific dance style instruction.

F.A.Q.s
What should my child wear?
Your child will need ballet shoes for ballet and tap shoes for tap. Girls can wear a leotard, shorts, or convertible tights. For boys, shorts and a tank or t-shirt. We do sell shorts, tights, leotards and shoes at the studio. Your child can also wear athletic wear ie shorts and a t shirt. It is up to you.
What should my child bring?
Your child will need to bring a water bottle and a snack and lunch each day. Please make sure their names are on their water bottles!
What is pickup time?
Please pick up your child promptly at 12:00 Noon. If you need to schedule a late pick up sometimes we can accommodate you but we need advance notice, no later than the day before, to schedule this please reach out to Ally.
Camps are limited to 15 dancers
Note: You can pay for early drop off.
There is a charge if you pick up late – $15 for every 15 minutes past time.

New York City Dance Experience
Take your training beyond the studio and experience the excitement, inspiration, and energy of New York City!
Our annual NYC Dance Experience is designed for dedicated dancers who are ready to immerse themselves in the world of professional performing arts. Throughout the week, dancers train with some of the industry’s top choreographers and educators while experiencing everything that makes New York the heart of the performing arts.
Trip Highlights:
- Two 2-hour master classes each day at some of New York City’s most prestigious dance studios
- Six nights in New York City, giving dancers the opportunity to fully experience the city
- Broadway performances, where students witness world-class talent and artistry firsthand
- Group dinners at some of NYC’s favorite restaurants, creating unforgettable memories with friends
- Time to explore iconic New York landmarks, shop, and experience the culture and excitement of the city
This trip is so much more than a dance intensive. It is an opportunity for dancers to gain confidence, build independence, form lifelong friendships, and be inspired by the highest level of professional training. Every day is filled with learning, laughter, and experiences that broaden our dancers’ perspectives both inside and outside the studio.

We are beyond thrilled to welcome Broadway legend and studio friend Rachelle Rak back to TDC for an incredible week of training, inspiration, and growth. Rachelle’s energy, passion, and wealth of professional experience make every class unforgettable. Whether your dancer dreams of Broadway or simply wants to become stronger, more versatile performer, this is an opportunity they won’t want to miss!
Rachelle has performed in and choreographed some of Broadway’s biggest productions, and she has a unique ability to inspire dancers while challenging them to reach new levels of artistry, confidence and technique. Students leave her classes feeling motivated, empowered, and excited about their future in the performing arts.
This week is about so much more than learning steps. It’s about building confidence, discovering new strengths, developing performance skills, and learning from one of the industry’s most respected artists.
