Studio Director Does an Amazing Job of Creating Community

I have been a dance mom for 27 years now, in three different states, and this is by far the best studio any of my kids have had the privilege of dancing at. (The others were in the NYC area and in the Seacoast, which are much more populated — so this is saying something!) The Studio Director does an amazing job of intentionally creating community among the dancers. The older ones mentor the younger ones, and the older dancers are so tight-knit that they’ll spend the time to travel to NYC for a weekend just to support each other at auditions.

The training and opportunities for the kids starting at about age 7 are unparalleled — they have access to privates and small size masterclasses with soooo many top-notch Broadway dancers (Rachelle Rak, Jessica Lee Goldyn, Thayne Jasperson, Jakob Karr, etc., etc.) who are friends of the Director and come all the way up to the Upper Valley (!) to visit. But don’t take my word for it — go watch the end of the year showcase and then compare it with other studios; you’ll see!
