Healthy Bodies!

What I find to be so unique about The Dance Collective, is that it provides excellent movement and dance instruction, as well as nutritional support essential for athletes -including a monthly nutrition newsletter. Healthy, strong bodies and healthy body perception is an important part of the culture at The Dance Collective. Dancers are encouraged to embrace who they are and be the best they can be. As a nutritionist, I greatly appreciate this emphasis on healthy, strong bodies that The Dance Collective promotes under Ally Sawyer’s leadership.
